Executive leadership from SUD and mental health prevention, treatment, harm reduction and recovery programs have never been as challenged as we are today by rapid and comprehensive changes occurring in the field and the environment. This Preconference Institute is designed as a leadership convening to discuss several of the key areas of concern related to the changing landscape: workforce, strategic partnerships, emerging models for service delivery and management, and legal issues.  Distinguished presenters will share their knowledge and lead us in an engaging dialogue.
